29 CFR 1910.138(a) - The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes: (a) produce department - an employee was using a Prepworks multi slicer and cut his pinky. A cut resistant glove was not used, on or about 7/16/15.
