29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    (a) On or about July 21, 2015, and at times prior, Rustic Log Furniture, Inc., did not ensure that places of employment were kept clean and orderly or in sanitary condition. Employees were exposed to explosion hazards, in that combustible dust greater than 1/8 of an Inch in depth was found throughout the shop, dust accumulations were observed near electrical ignition sources. Additionally, employees use compressed air to clean up equipment and surfaces, increasing the probability of explosion hazards.        Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Rustic Log Furniture, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313717993, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5787 Griego Rd. Alamosa, CO 81101.
