29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily:  On, or about, July 23, 2015, combustible waste was not properly stored and disposed of:  a) PT Area  - Waste acetone was stored in a five gallon, plastic container and was not disposed of daily.  b) UV Area -  Acetone soaked Q-tips, used to clean parts were disposed of inside of a plastic receptacle.
