29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Location: site On or about 7/20/15, Workers under the control of the employer were exposed to fall hazards up to 30 feet and struck-by hazards were the employer did not conduct regular inspections of the jobsite made by a competent person. Commercial Contracting & Maintenance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1050626, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 36 Pinehurst Street, Penacook, NH.
