29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Passageway at Table Rock launch area where rafts were launched - On or before July 23, 2015 the passageway that employees used to launch rafts at the Table Rock Launch area had rollers installed across it that employees had to step over during raft launch operations. These rollers were a tripping hazard for the employees.

The opening was approximately 10 foot above the flowing water below.
