29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: 275 Pine Street Seekonk, MA An employee did not place a wheel chock under the wheel to prevent the truck from rolling away from the dock. Another worker was injured while unloading the truck with a forklift when the truck moved away from the dock and the forklift fell from the dock.
