29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least 1 hour: Employees working on and near the shop area were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. The acetylene and oxygen tanks were stored together.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: Employees maintaining landscaping equipment in the mowing house number 1 were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the compressor located in the south east end of the warehouse had exposed live conductors due to conduit that was not connected to the compressor motor.
