29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or about June 10, 2015 at a jobsite located at 1500 E. Sunshine in Springfield, Missouri- An employee working on a commercial construction project was connected to a wooden truss when he fell to a lower level approximately 14 feet below and hit the lower level.
