29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Seasoning Area - On or about July 23, 2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards due to slippery work surfaces. The fixed ladders and platforms were slippery from the aerated oil from the seasoning process.
