29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) The employer did not ensure that permanent aisles and passageways were appropriately marked for material handling equipment on the work floor, including the area outside the MDO offices. On July 19, 2015 a manager was struck by a forklift when he walked out of his office onto the work aisle. In accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET)
