29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A). On or about 07/24/15, at the site of 186-18 Midland Parkway. Jamaica Estates, NY Employees demolishing a pitch roof at the site were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and roof materials from the roof. Protective helmets were not worn. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

Jamaica Estates, NY Employees demolishing a pitch roof were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 25 ft. to the ground below. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
