29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): On or about July 23, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that a doorway, located in the rear middle part of the warehouse by the damaged product/repackaging department, was marked as "Not an Exit" when this doorway led out to a semi blocked outside space between the building and a newly constructed garage area. This door was actually marked as an "Exit" via a lit exit sign above the door.
