29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: Bus Yard and Office: Employer did not provide a sufficient number of toilets for the number of employees who work on site. There were two (2) portable toilets and one (1) flush toilet available for approximately 119 employees. Table J-1 of this section requires a minimum of six (6) toilets for 111 to 150 employees.
