29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment:      (a)  On or about 07/28/15, at the Summit Federal Credit Union, under construction and located at 2087 East Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, fire extinguishers were not made available.  The construction material is wood and there were several containers of flammable material such as gasoline, PVC Solvent (extremely flammable) and propane and with ignition sources; generator, air compressor and combustion engine construction vehicles.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURIED
