29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3): When the employer had reason to believe that an affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (f)(2) of this section, the employer did not retrain that employee: On or about July 20, 2015 an employee operating a table saw in the area was exposed to amputation hazards in that the employee was not trained on the proper use of gloves while working on the ProjectPro 10 inch table saw.
