On or about 7/23/15, in the Laundry Department, for employees that place washing machine hoses into 5 gallon pails of bleach. The employer did not provide safety goggles and a rubber chemical resistant apron when using bleach, a corrosive.

On or about 7/23/15, on site, for employees working in the seasoning area where seasoning is added creating a dust hazard. Employees are provided to don 3M N95 respirators on a voluntary basis when adding seasoning. The employer did not conduct an assessment of the respiratory hazards on site. b). On or about 7/23/15, on site, for employees working in the puffing area where there is oil is sprayed creating an oil based mist. Employees are provided to don 3M N95 respirators on a voluntary basis when operating the puffing line. There is potential exposure to oil based particulates. The employer did not conduct an assessment of the respiratory hazards on site.
