The Quinn Development Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963989, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4240 Queens Gate, Avon, OH.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about July 28, 2015, during masonry activities, the employer failed to ensure employees working from a fabricated frame type scaffold, with various working height ranging from approximately 12 feet to 27 feet above the ground, were protected from falling by a guardrail, personal fall arrest, or other fall protection systems. The Quinn Development Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 963989, citation number 1, item number 3(a) and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4240 Queens Gate, Avon, OH.
