29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 1028 Route 9 South, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Employees were exposed to head injuries from falling debris and materials while doing overhead demolition work when not wearing any head protection, i.e. hard hats. Condition occurred on or about 07/28/15.
