29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 186 Longmeadow St., MA: On or about July 27, 2015, an employee was working from the roof surface to prep an opening for window installation more than 8 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Walter Kruzynski Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFFR 1926.501 (B)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948830, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2013 , with respect to a workplace located at 97 Tecumseh Dr., Longmeadow, MA.

Walter Kruzynski Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFFR 1926.1053 (B)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948830, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2013 , with respect to a workplace located at 97 Tecumseh Dr., Longmeadow, MA.
