29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  Yosemite National Park, Warehouse:  In the northwest corner of the warehouse, a fitness area had been fenced off in such a way as to block an exit door.  The lighted "exit" sign above the door was visible over and through the chain-link fence around the fitness area.  Employees pick up supplies from the warehouse early in the morning when visibility in the warehouse is low, and would not be able to see the fencing or be aware that the exit was obstructed, while moving towards the lighted exit sign.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  Yosemite National Park, Warehouse:  On the eastern end of the warehouse, stairs leading down from the mezzanine storage area led to an exit sign which did not indicate the direction to the nearest exit.  The stairs led to the end of a dead-end hallway.
