Site - On or about July 8, 2015, the DeWalt 16" radial arm saw was not provided with a non-kickback finger guard to prevent cut materials from being thrown backwards towards the operator. Instance b. Site - On or about July 8, 2015, the DeWalt 10" radial arm saw was not provided with a non-kickback finger guard to prevent cut materials from being thrown backwards towards the operator.
