OSHA ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employee, in that employee were exposed to crushing hazards:      On the north side of Frank Scott Parkway, Shiloh, Illinois, employees were exposed to equipment roll over hazards when mowing next to a ditch with a 22 degree slope with a John Deere Zero Turn Radius Mower, Model Number Z960A, Serial Number TC960AF0100086.     Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazardous condition would be to  follow the manufactures recommendations of not mowing on banks greater than 20 degrees.  Such banks can be mowed by the use of string trimmers.
