29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Instance 1: At the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in residential roofing operations were not using fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards of nineteen (19) feet one (1) inch.  Instance 2: On or about July 28, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in residential roofing operations were not using fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately nineteen (19) feet.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
