29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, NFPA # 10A-1970: A.) Rabe Environmental Systems Inc., 302 E. Walnut Street, Titusville, PA, 16354 - On or about 7/21/15, and times prior thereto, the fire extinguishers on site had not received annual maintenance. No tags were on the fire extinguishers to indicate when the last annual maintenance inspection had been conducted.
