29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the construction of the Alta Terra Bella Apartments where an employee observed installing metal roofing materials on the cupola working of the Club House had no fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 28 feet above the ground, on or about 07/30/2015.
