29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On July 30, 2015, at this job site, employees performing power washing operations to a retail store sign at a height over 15 feet from an aerial lift. The employees were not wearing personal body harnesses or lanyards and were not attached to the aerial lift to prevent a fall to the ground.
