Employees were exposed to accumulation of contaminants such as dust (PNOR) observed on floor carpets at various office areas as follows: a. Power Net Office b. At the Cash Center Division c. At the IT Room d. At the Cable Converter Storage Room e. At the Call Center and filing section NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
