29 CFR 1910.263(c)(3): Sprocket(s) and V-belt drive(s) of bakery machinery located within reach from platform(s) or passageway(s) or located within 8 feet 6 inches from the floor were not completely enclosed: a) Kuhl Dishwasher, Feed End - The chain and sprockets driving the conveyor at the feed end of the washer was not guarded exposing employees to in-running nip points, on or about July 16, 2015. b) Kuhl Dishwasher, Exit End - The chain and sprockets driving the conveyor at the exit end of the washer was not guarded exposing employees to -in running nip points, on or about July 16, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
