29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about, July 29, 2015 at the above address job site, an employee working on a site with overhead hazards did not have a protective helmet. The employee was cleaning paint brushes in an area where another employee was removing a drainage pipe that became an overhead hazard.
