Jobsite: Employees were not wearing insulated gloves when verifying that electrical equipment had been de-energized.

29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit was not legibly marked at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose was evident: Location: Second Floor, Electrical Panel E042, East Electrical Room The # 2 circuit was improperly labeled. It did not indicate that it included an exit sign on the Terrace level.
