29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 4319 Route 130 South, Edgewater Park NJ: Two employees, not wearing full body harnesses with lanyards attached, were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of a JLG 400S articulated boom lift. Condition observed on or about 07/30/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
