29 CFR 1926.960(c)(2)(i): Employees used rubber insulating gloves as insulation from energized parts and the employer did not ensure that employees also used rubber insulating sleeves where exposed energized parts were not insulated from the employees: On or about 7/27/2015, at 300 Industrial Trace in Broussard, the employer allowed employees to work near exposed sections of live electrical distribution lines in order to install new electrical conductors and did not ensure that employees wore insulating sleeves.
