29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. Endicott Island, MOC, Carpenter Room: On or about 28 July 2015 and times prior thereto, electrical panel PAP-E3-4539 was not properly identified with a listing for the circuits. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Endicott MPI, Insulation Shop, Saw room: On or about 28 July 2015 and times prior thereto, two electrical junction boxes were missing knock out plugs. One on the North wall and another on the ceiling. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
