OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employee was exposed to crushed/struck-by hazards from felling and limbing tree operations with a chain saw: a) 8 Old Field Road Job Site - On or about 8-3-15 - Employee was crushed against a tree by his positioning belt when the vertical tree limb split before falling because the notch cut was not deep enough for the diameter of the limb.
