29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the level exceeded 1/8-inch at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: a) Elevator #1: On or about 7-22-2015, employees were exposed to an excessive build up of combustible dust of 2-3" in some areas next to the #1 elevator leg, and boot. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
