29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: JOB SITE: Lot #30, Seckman Ridge Drive, Imperial, MO 63052, on or about 8/3/2015, at this new home construction, workers were allowed to work from a pump jack scaffold to install siding, approximately 19.9 feet above ground level without a guardrail system installed along all open sides and ends of platforms . The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
