29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: a) Corridor 1115 - Employees of Leo Kob Company Inc. using the corridor to access the bathroom area were exposed to an electrical shock hazard from a junction box without the cover properly secured, on or about August 3rd, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
