29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Endicott BOC, Kitchen Hallway: On or about 28 July 2015 and times prior thereto, electrical panel LP-01-01 (PAP E48101A), circuit breaker position number 32 was missing a blank. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
