OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not fully document the implementation of their heat illness prevention program to protect employees against exposure to hazards involving heat-related illnesses: a) On or about July 26, 2015 and July 28, 2015 - The employer did not fully document the provision of relief workers aimed at protecting employees against the hazards of high heat. b) On or about July 26 and July 28, 2015 - The employer did not fully document body-temperature readings of its employees taken through temporal means. A feasible means of abatement: Employer will document a written heat illness prevention program utilizing OSHA and industry guidance and best practices regarding the prevention of heat-related illnesses.
