Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Employees engaged in roofing activities on a low-sloped roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 ft 9 in. on a construction site in Peoria, Illinois and adequate fall protection was not being used.
