29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:    a)  At the jobsite, on or about 7/29/15:  Employees were working on an aerial lift where that employee was not appropriately connected to the boom or basket, where employees were working on a ladder jack scaffold system that had platforms over 20 feet from ground, and where platforms were overlapped, without being constructed under the supervision of a competent person.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
