29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems (a) On or about 07/28/15, on 2087 East Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, employees, installing sheathing for a new roof for the Summit Federal Credit Union, under construction, were not provided with fall protection. Employees were working 25 feet above ground level on a roof with a pitch/slope greater than 4 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
