29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and methods of implementation for 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) methods of compliance:    (a) NHS Stevens Center ACT Program - The employer's Bloodborne Pathogens Program did not include information on the use of safer needle devices as engineering controls that were used to eliminate or minimize employee exposure, on or about August 18, 2015.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
