A Good Reliable Roofing & Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 730601, citation 1, item 2a, and was affirmed final order on or about January 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 15100-15126 Woodfarm Rd., Plainfield, IL 60544. A Good Reliable Roofing & Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 804201, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on or about March 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2328 S.
