29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level:   a. Black Eddy Post Office - On or about August 17, 2015, For employees working in the Post office, the exit route was blocked/obstructed by a postal cart, limiting the egress in an emergency.    U.S.POSTAL SERVICE, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD (1910.37(a)(3)) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 316228725, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON(3/18/12), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 700 CHESTNUT STREET, GADSDEN, AL 35901  U.S.POSTAL SERVICE, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD (1910.37(a)(3)) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314774324, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON(12/27/2011), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2400 TEXAS AVENUE, SHREVEPORT, LA 71102. 29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(8): The employer cleaned up waste and debris and accompanying dust in an area containing accessible or visibly deteriorated ACM and/or PACM, by dry dusting, dry sweeping or vacuuming without using high-efficiency particulate air filters:   Upper Black Eddy Post Office - On or about August 4, 2015, A sub-contractor was using a Electrolux vacuum without a HEPA filter adjacent to where employees for the Post Office were working, potentially exposing them to asbestos from non-intact asbestos containing tile.
