29 CFR 1926.23: First aid services and provisions for medical care were not made available by the employer for every employee: (a) On or about July 23, 2015, at 1015 Shepherd, Houston, Texas, an employee was not adequately trained to recognize and treat heat related injuries. First aid supplies used to asses heat related illnesses, such as, but not limited to, a blood pressure cuff and thermometer, were not available at the worksite.
