29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) UEPH Barracks Bldg. 2940 - On or about 8/4/2015, employees were exposed to slip, trip , and fall hazards when trash and debris was located in the stairwell areas. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
