At the site on or about 07/29/2015, an employee was exposed to a crushing hazard, in that, while working on the transmission of a tow truck on a 0.9 percent incline, the gears in the linkage were shifted from park to neutral causing the tow truck to roll off the wooden stands onto the employee.
