29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: At the jobsite located at 19756 Norton St., Spring Hill, KS: An employee engaged in residential framing activities using an a-frame step ladder was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet from the top rung of the ladder to the ground below in that the ladder was not properly set up as designed.
