29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):  Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    a) Implement Storage Area - On or about 8/5/15, paint chips were found on the floor which were found to be 0.0045% to 4.1876% lead.  Paint chips are falling from the ceiling and walls/beams in the area and are not being properly cleaned up so as to maintain the work area in a sanitary condition.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Paint chips are falling from the ceiling and the walls/beams in the area.  Employees could potentially be exposed to lead while going back and forth through the area on powered industrial trucks and on foot.    ABATMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
